Route
The course is DAF measured to 1.910,25m
You run around the Sortedams-lake.
For the 12 and 24 hour + 100k race you will change direction each 6 hour.
The course is not closed for other traffic, but well marked.
Race fee
24 hour solo – dkk. 500,-
24 hour team of 2 – dkk. 1000,-
24 hour team of 4 – dkk. 2000,-
12 hour solo – dkk. 450,-
12 hour team of 2 – dkk. 900,-
12 hour team of 4 – dkk. 1800,-
6 hour solo – dkk. 400,-
6 hour team of 2 – dkk. 800,-
6 hour team of 4 – dkk. 1600,-
100 km, solo – 450,-
Age limit
Age 16 – 6-hour relay
Age 18 – All other “distances”
Race area / aid station
There will be: Coca Cola, chips, different energi products, sport drink, water, fruit, hot blueberrysoup, coffee/tea.

Hot food will be served at 6.00 pm.
There will be at tent at the race-area/aid-station where you can place your race bag.
There will be a toilet in the race area.
No bath.
Charity
We donate dkk. 50,- / participant to TUBA.
BIB number
You get your bib number on race day at the race area, from 8.00 am.
Mandatory equipment
A cup for drinks/water at the aid station (there won’t be any at the aid station)
A deep plate / spoon (for the hot food served at 6.00 pm)
